| Answer: We invite all websites to participate in our Affiliate Program. We review all applications to the program and acceptance is at the discretion of Soft-Hearted Products staff. |
| #3 Question: How Are My Affiliate Commissions Tracked? |
| Answer: As a Soft-Hearted Products Affiliate, you are given a choice of Soft-Hearted Products links (banners) to add to your website. These links are encoded with your unique Soft-Hearted Products Affiliate number. When a visitor to your site clicks on our banner and makes a purchase of a Soft-Hearted Pillow, the software automatically credits your account with a commission of $20 per pillow sold. Soft-Hearted Products will track your commissions and send you monies earned each month provided the total commissions for the preceding month(or cumulated commissions totals) are $60.00 or higher. |

| Answer: Yes, when you sign on as a Soft-Hearted Products Affiliate you provided a password for your Affiliate Page, upon your approval you are given access to the Affiliates page. You can log on to the Affliliates Page at anytime and track important data such as total impressions, click-through rates and sales. |
